Why Does My Email Signature Disappear?

A disappearing email signature can make you look unprofessional and cause recipients to lose your contact information. Understanding why it happens helps you prevent it and keep your signature visible on every message you send.

Gmail's default behavior often removes your signature from reply threads. This happens because Gmail assumes you don't want to repeat your signature in every back-and-forth message in the same conversation.
