Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SignatureFox.com, operated by Sourdough AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using SignatureFox, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service Description

SignatureFox is an online tool for generating professional HTML email signatures. Upon completing a one-time payment, you receive a signature.html file and installation instructions delivered to your email address. No account creation or ongoing subscription is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use SignatureFox and make a purchase. By using the service, you represent that these conditions are met.

3. Purchases and Payment

  • All prices are in USD.
  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store or access your payment card details.
  • The base signature is a one-time payment of $9.99. Optional add-ons (edit access, additional signatures, template upgrades) are separate one-time purchases.
  • All sales are final at the time of digital delivery. See Section 4 for the refund policy.

4. Refund Policy

Because SignatureFox delivers a digital product immediately upon payment, we do not offer refunds once your signature has been delivered to your email address.

If you did not receive your signature email within 30 minutes of purchase, contact us at support@signaturefox.com within 48 hours and we will re-send your file or issue a full refund at our discretion.

5. License

Upon purchase, Sourdough AI LLC grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free license to use the generated signature HTML for your own personal and professional email communications.

  • Permitted: Using the signature in your own email accounts.
  • Permitted: Modifying the HTML for your personal use.
  • Not permitted: Reselling, redistributing, or sublicensing the signature output or underlying templates to third parties.
  • Not permitted: Using the templates or generated output to build or train a competing email signature product or service.

6. Intellectual Property

The SignatureFox name, brand, website design, template code, and all associated intellectual property are owned by Sourdough AI LLC. The signature HTML file you receive after purchase is yours to use under the license in Section 5. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use SignatureFox to:

  • Generate signatures containing false, misleading, or defamatory information
  • Impersonate any person or organization
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise extract the underlying template system
  • Abuse, overload, or disrupt the service

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

SignatureFox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We make reasonable efforts to ensure compatibility with major email clients (Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Proton Mail), but we cannot guarantee perfect rendering in every email client given the wide variation in how email clients process HTML and CSS. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sourdough AI LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use SignatureFox. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid for the specific transaction giving rise to the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sourdough AI LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of SignatureFox or your violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in Delaware.

12. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of SignatureFox after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
