SignatureFox is operated by Sourdough AI LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you use SignatureFox.com, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using SignatureFox, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information We Collect

We collect only what is necessary to provide the service:

• Name and email address — required to generate your signature and deliver it to your inbox.
• Optional profile details — job title, company, phone number, website URL, LinkedIn, and social handles — used solely to populate your signature HTML.
• Uploaded images — logo and headshot images are processed entirely in your browser, compressed, and embedded as base64 in your signature file. They are never uploaded to or stored on our servers.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe. We do not see, store, or have access to your payment card details.
• Anonymous usage data — page views and interaction events collected via Google Analytics. No personally identifiable information is included.

How We Use Your Information

• To generate your email signature HTML
• To email your signature file and installation instructions via SendGrid
• To process your payment via Stripe
• To provide customer support
• To improve the service using anonymous aggregate analytics

We do not use your information for advertising, retargeting, or any purpose not listed above.

We Do Not Sell Your Data

We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to any third party for commercial purposes. Full stop.

Data Storage and Retention

SignatureFox does not maintain user accounts. Your form data is processed at the time of purchase to generate your signature and is not stored in a persistent database after delivery.

Stripe retains payment records as required by applicable law and their own policies. SendGrid may retain email delivery logs for a limited period. We retain no personal data beyond what these processors hold.

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SignatureFox:

• Stripe — payment processing. Your card data is governed by Stripe's privacy policy. We never access your payment details.
• SendGrid — email delivery. Your name and email address are shared with SendGrid solely to send your signature file.
• Google Analytics — anonymous site analytics. No personally identifiable information is transmitted.
• Cloudflare — hosting, CDN, and DDoS protection. Standard Cloudflare data practices apply.

We share your personal information with these processors only to the extent required to provide the service.

Cookies

We use essential cookies for site functionality. Google Analytics uses cookies to track anonymous usage metrics. We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels, or third-party retargeting.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold. Because we do not maintain persistent accounts or databases, there is typically no personal data to retrieve or delete beyond what our third-party processors (Stripe, SendGrid) retain under their own policies.
